HOW MANY STREAMS GET

FILTERED THROUGH
STATIONHEAD?
Stationhead does not filter songs. The streaming services
such as Spotify or Apple Music are the ones that filter the
streams.

HOW SHOULD I CHECK MY

STREAMS?
Stationhead has a new
feature where your
accumulated and daily
streams can be tracked.

Alternatively, you can use

other third party
applications such as
statsforspotify, lastfm, and
spotistats/stats.fm to track
your streams.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I

AM NOT HEARING
ANYTHING?
There are a variety of possible reasons why you are not
hearing anything.

1. You have a slow internet connection.

2. Your premium has expired.
3. The song is not available on your country (you might hear
nothing or might hear different song)
4. SH Glitch - therefore (1) you can mute/unmute (2) reopen
the app (3) clear cache/data (4) reinstall the app and your
device (5) update your SH app

EXPLAIN THE "GUEST" ON

THE LIST OF LISTENERS
Streams are counted:
Browsers are connected to their Spotify premium/Apple
music but have no Stationhead account or not logged in
their Stationhead account .

Streams are NOT counted:

Browsers are not logged into their Spotify Premium/Apple
Music and have no Stationhead account but join their
browser through the Stationhead link .

ARE ALL STREAMS

COUNTED IN THE STREAM
COUNTER?
Yes, all streams (aespa or non-aespa songs) are counted
and included in the total stream counter.

CAN I USE THE SAME

PREMIUM ON DIFFERENT SH
ACCOUNTS?
Yes, but not at the same time. If you happen to have two
Stationhead accounts but only one Spotify Premium, you can
connect it alternatively not simultaneously.

CAN I STREAM ON PHONE

WHILE STREAMING IN PC?
Yes you can but use different accounts and different
premiums.

WHY THE SONG COVER

CHANGES?
It is probably another version release of the song but the
streams for these "official versions" have the same number
as they all have the same ISRC CODE but they have different
track IDs therefore counted as different tracks by Spotify.

Yes, you can but your streams will only doubled or be
counted as one because you are using a same premium
account.

Yes, you can but your streams will most likely filtered out by
Spotify (not Stationhead) because you are using the same
premium account. Therefore, this is not recommendable.

WHY I AM HEARING A
DIFFERENT SONG
COMPARED TO OTHER
LISTENERS?
There are a variety of possible reasons why you are listening
to a different song.

1. You have a slow internet connection.

2. Song is not available on your country.

3. You have a different timezone, therefore you might hear it

late or in advanced.
