1. I refer to the ‘affidavit sokongan’ filed recently by Munisamy A/L Thangaveloo for the
injunction application.
2. I would like to clarify that I am unable to provide the complete rental details as I am still in
the process of consolidating the accounts and the documents. I need to ensure that this is
done properly to avoid future dispute.
3. If you do require the information urgently, kindly be specific and I will provide the required
info if allowed by the law. As the will is being contested by yourself, some of the private and
sensitive information cannot be disclosed due to my fidicuary obligation to defend the will.
