CTORA ACADEMY PRESENTS:

ACTING FOR THE CAMERA – LEVEL 1

Introduction

In this 5-week program tailored to students of CTORA ACADEMY, Gillian has created a
program to transition the younger stage performer from live theatrical events to performances
that work for the smaller, more subtle lens of a camera. Students will learn how to do more with
less, be themselves on camera, understand technique and terms such as eyeline and slating, improve
and audition preparedness. Culminating in an audition tape for parents & prospective agents to get
an impression of range and skill level, this class promises to be fun, informative and inspiring. Classes
are small-group formatted to ensure all students get ample time in front of the camera.
