CONDITIONAL DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement entered into this ______ day of ___________, 20____ in Dagupan City,
Pangasinan, by and between:

ALEXANDER M. AQUINO of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a

resident of Nilombot Mapandan, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as the
“SELLER”;

-and-

SPS. DENNIS R. SALAZAR and JENNELYN O. SALAZAR both of legal age,

Filipino citizen, and a resident of Maasin, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, hereinafter
referred to as the “BUYER’’.

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of that parcel of land located at Lanas, Mangaldan,
Pangasinan, covered by Tax Declaration No. 01753769, and TCT No. 026 2018001706_,
consisting an area of One Hundred Ten (110) square meters;

WHEREAS, the SELLER has decided to sell the whole area and the BUYER desires to buy
the same;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the parties hereby
agree and covenant as follows:

1) Upon the execution of this agreement, the BUYER shall pay the SELLER in the
following manner:

Total Contract Price (110×4000) - ₱ 440000.00

Less: Down Payment (10/___/2023 50,000.00
Balance - ₱ 390,000.00

2) The Balance shall be paid within twenty four (24) months starting November_______
2023 up to October______ 2025.

3) The SELLER will allocate 40,000 pesos for the lost title.

4) All expences will be shouldered by the Buyer.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and affix their
