Sonographic Findings:

• The liver is normal in size, exhibiting a homogeneous parenchymal echopattern.

• Portal vein and its tributaries are unremarkable.
• There are no echogenic structures, nor any shadowing seen.
• No focal mass lesion noted.

IMPRESSION: UNREMARKABLE LIVER

The sonography interpretation is only a part of the overall assessment of patient's condition. It must be correlated with the clinical, laboratory and
other ancillary parameters for a comprehensive analysis. Therefore, ultrasound reports are best explained by the attending physician to the patient.
