Scope & Objective

Sanitation & Hygiene services
• The sanitary inspectors reporting to medical center will directly
monitor the sanitation & hygiene.
1. Chlorination level inspection – weekly/as per need
2. Canteen inspection for food quality (Raw & Cooked) Monthly
3. Water sampling for Chemical (3monthly) and bacteriological
examination once every month
4. Pest control monitoring regularly on daily basis
5. Malaria surveillance – Daily basis, weekly chloroquine
administration.
6. Epidemic control
• Sanitation hygiene will be responsibility of contractor,
administration and medical team.
