You can choose one of the following topic of the meeting to base your project portfolio on or you
can also choose any other topic of your choice or any other from your workplace

 WHS meeting in your classroom to discuss your college’s WHS procedures

 A physical or virtual meeting between classmates to arrange and discuss the plans for an event
or gathering (e.g. end of year workplace dinner)

 A meeting to discuss and plan for a charity or sports sponsorship or event

A creative meeting to discuss concept development for a new project or idea

Extracurricular for staffs to promoting physical health and well-being thus will help translate into
staff productivity (yoga, pilates or etc).
Providing extra courses for staffs to upskill to create a better culture at work.

A picnic type of event that can include family members.


Volunteer work to help community in the area that can promote business and enable better team
bonding as well as putting back to the community. This will create a positive mindset for members.

Important Instructions You have to do two meetings, Second meeting should be follow up from
the first meeting.

SECTION 1 ATTACHMENTS ( There are two meetings to be

meeting. Attachments needed to submitted for both the
meetings )

Please note that evidence 1 and 2 can be done together but it should include invitation to the
attendees and checking about requirement it may be availability at a prescribed time or a device
connected to internet or any software requirement

screen prints of your online calendar invites and keep copies of email communication during this
step
