How to Join Group/List Membership

The department has a Group Email facility. Known and spoken as ECLDCE
Google Group. Message from the department will reach to all the group
members. The email ID for the same is ecldce@googlegroups.com.

All the students of EC Department are required to be a member of this group.

To receive important information and notices by email. In other words, if you
are a member of the ECLDCE Google Group you might not receive the
important announcements from the department.

There are two ways to become a member of ECLDCE Google Group. You
can use any of them to become a member.

1. Joining an Email Group/List via email

To join a Google Group via email, send an email to
ecldce+subscribe@googlegroups.com from you email account. That’s all
you are a member. You are now enabled to received all emails sent to
ECLDCE Google Group.

2. Join a group directly

Depending on a group’s settings, you can search for the group and join it
from the group’s page. If you know a group exists but can’t find it, contact
the group owner to request access.

1. Sign in to Google Groups.

2. Search for the group:
a. At the top, click My groups and select All groups and
messages.
b. In the search box, enter the group’s name (ECLDCE) or email
address (ecldce@googlegroups.com) and press Enter.
3. Click the group Join group.
