Dear Mayor Garcia,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As the Barangay Captain of Barangay
Buduan, I am writing to you to address a pressing issue that our community is currently facing – the lack of
access to clean and reliable water supply in our local school, BLISS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
It is with great concern that I bring to your attention the challenges our school is encountering due to the
inadequate water supply. BLISS Elementary School serves as an educational institution for hundreds of students
who rely on proper sanitation and hygiene facilities to maintain their health and well-being.
However, the absence of a consistent water source hinders our school's ability to provide these
necessities. In light of this situation, I am respectfully requesting the assistance of the municipal government in
providing BLISS Elementary School with a deep well ( “Kulokol”) as a sustainable and reliable source of water.
Installing a deep well on the school premises would not only alleviate the current water shortage but also ensure
the continuous availability of clean water for drinking, sanitation, and other essential purposes.
Having a deep well within the school compound would not only benefit the learners and teachers but also
contribute to the overall improvement of our community's health and hygiene standards. It aligns with our shared
goal of promoting education and enhancing the quality of life for all residents of Barangay Buduan.
I understand that the allocation of resources is a complex matter, but I firmly believe that investing in
this initiative will yield long-term benefits for our community. I am more than willing to provide any additional
information or assistance required to facilitate the implementation of this project.
