Candidate Representation Agreement

As a newly registered candidate on our database, Kintec write to confirm how we will provide our
recruitment services to you.

• Kintec will act as an agency/employment business as defined under the Employment

Agencies Act 1973 and The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses
Regulations 2003.
• Kintec will seek work on your behalf and represent you for professional roles within our
specialist sectors.
• We will forward your personal data and CV to clients to assist in finding work and pass on
references to potential employers.
• Kintec and past or present employers may provide information that may be sought in
connection with your application regarding character or work skills.
• Please note that we will neither submit your CV to a client, provide information about you,
nor approach referees without first having your verbal consent to do so.

If you are successfully submitted for an interview, Kintec and their client will require you to provide
documented proof of identity.
