1. Use Tooling (C) and (D) to install vent valve (11).

2. Install seal (9) onto Tooling (B).

3. Use Tooling (B) and install seal (9) into housing assembly (7). Repeat for remaining seals (9).

4. Install water temperature regulators (10). Install gasket (8).

5. Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to position housing assembly (7). Install bolts (6).
The weight of housing assembly (7) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).

6. Connect tube assemblies (5).

7. Position tube assembly (3). Install bolts (1), (2), and (4).

8. Fill the engine cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual,
"Capacities - Refill".
