BLENDPLANT SEVENTY.2 Pugmill Applications

The BLENDPLANT SEVENTY.2, Twin shaft blender mixer is an efficient accurate complete blending-mixing
semi-mobile diesel driven plant.

This is the complete solution for the blending-mixing of aggregates, sands, soils, trench arisings and cold
asphalt with various powders, cementitious mixtures, binders or lime for concretes, soil stabilisation,
reinstatement works and contaminated land.

Most important; All materials are in separate compartments, weighed separately and the correct percentage
of each element can be decided and calibrated before entering the mixer. Cement / powders is dosed by
weight (precision : <1% tolerance) After the correct recipe is set and saved in the on-board computer,
continuous mixing then takes place through the Twin Shaft mixer. Maximum aggregate or soils size is 40mm.
The on-board water tank provides water dosing when required. Additionally, fitted is the liquid Admixture
pump kit with electric motor, control panel calibrating pump and Admixture injector feed to the water line.
Also additionally fitted is the bitumen emulsion circuit kit for automatic loading of emulsion for external
aspiration from a keg or from a reservoir to fill a tank or feed directly feed into the mixer.
In this way you can produce various concretes, mortars with or without admixture, cementitious mixtures,
cold asphalt with bitumen emulsion and stabilized soils.

1. BLENDPLANT system for the Cement is dosed by electronic weight (precision: <1% tolerance)
while continuously mixing

3. BLENDPLANT have 2 separate discharge belts for aggregates materials, controlled automatically
by WEIGHT and rotation sensors and not by Opening & Closing Guillotine gates or valves
4. BLENDPLANT aggregate Hopper sides fitted with extra vibrators and lined with TEFLON Panels
to prevent damp materials from sticking and prevent hopper sides wear long term.
5. BLENDPLANT Heavy duty twin shaft Pugmill mixer unit is ONLY for CONTINIOUS MIXING. Materials
enter the mixer separately to ensure a better mix and then discharge the opposite end out to the
Radial, Telescopic Stockpile conveyor.
6. BLENDPLANT remote control Telescopic & Radial Extra Wide Conveyor belt up to 4.5m long with
155 deg radial movement (plus up to 3m additional chutes) for extra placing capacity if necessary
7. BLENDPLANT design Electronic Flow Meters control both for water, additives and emulsions
8. BLENDPLANT System of sensors controls all the machine electronically
9. BLENDPLANT On-board computer control system stores up to 40 recipes and controls production
automatically
10. All production output can be downloaded on USB key
11. Production stops automatically if one of the materials is missing
12. BLENDPLANT diesel engine only 56Kw means lower fuel consumption

The basic machine includes the following components:


• Diesel Engine 4-cylinder 56 kw Tier 5, water cooled, with automatic accelerator and variable
displacement pump.
• Hydraulic oil tank with filters, electric proportional valves and cooler with thermostat and
electric fan.
• Seventy Main frame 2250 mm wide with aggregate hopper of 12 m3
• Seventy two of 350 mm wide extracting belts. Rotation sensor, presence of aggregates
sensor, side containing plates, reduction gearbox and hydraulic motors.
• Seventy 2.000 litres polyethylene water tank with level and tap for charging, centrifugal
pump10-180 lt/min, flowmeter, machine washing hose about 7 mt.
• Seventy 1 x Cement silos of 3.2 m3 capacity, extracting screw with variable pitch hydraulically
motored 30-200 kg/min, load cells to measure loss-in-weight.
• Seventy Machine completely managed by inboard electronic system; allows 40 different
product recipes and to download production data by USB port.
• Seventy Horizontal twin shaft continuous mixer 2100 mm length.
• Seventy Quick release system of the mixer's covers for easy cleaning.
• Seventy Belt Conveyor Extra wide for materials discharge. Hydraulic horizontal swivelling,
Hydraulic piston for vertical movement, maximum length of 4.5m and action radius of 155º.
