Clean Radiator Core Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve
“Keep Clean” fuel treatment ( bulk fuel additive TY26827)
Every 10 Hours or Daily
Check hydraulic reservoir oil level Drain water and sediment from fuel tank
Check engine oil level Check & adjust track tension
Check radiator coolant level at recovery tank Grease bucket and link pins
Check bucket teeth Check seat belt
MAGNET MACHINE ONLY - Visually check magnet wiring for
damage Note: Any damage or repair should be carried out by a
qualified HV electrician
Initial 250 Hours
Carry out 1st inspection as per Report EF174 Drain and refill engine oil and replace engine oil filter
Every 250 Hours
Inspect and adjust fan belts Check travel reduction oil level
Clean air cleaner element Drain hydraulic tank sump of condensate
Check battery electrolyte level, clean & tighten terminals Check fuel lines for leakage & deterioration

Take PROBE oil samples from engine, both final drives, swing &
Grease front attachment and swing gear
pump transmissions and hydraulic system
Drain and refill engine oil and replace engine oil filter Check air intake hoses
Replace primary & secondary fuel filters (Include Racor where

Clean fuel pump strainer Grease swing bearing

* NOTE: If a hydraulic rock breaker is used Hydraulic oil & hydraulic return filter change intervals will need to be adjusted to suit the amount the
hammer is used. (see operation manual for details of recommended intervals)
* NOTE: Any electrical repairs to magnet machines should be carried out by a qualified HV electrician

Most Australian machines have been retro fitted with the 193.5mm long secondary fuel filter (4719920)
It is possible there may be some machines still fitted with the shorted 131mm fuel filter (4711158)
