Creatives’ designing, planning and postings. Queries Addressing.
Highlights designing, creations and maintaining.
Copyrighting and Content writing.
Script Writing for any occasions related to your Charity Work.
Links would be shared after each postings.

Scope of Work:
1. Platform Selection:
List the specific social media platforms the campaign will focus on Facebook, Instagram,
X(Twitter), Youtube.

2.Content Strategy:
Types of Content: Graphic posts, Videos and Reels.
Content Themes: We will design or create a theme for our social media pages.
Content Calendar: We will post multiple post such as Stories, Creatives and Reels on daily
basics.
Facebook - we will post 5-6 Creatives in a week which includes - Short Videos, Creatives and
Stories daily

Instagram - We will focus on 3 Reels in week, 5-6 Single Creatives in a week and 2 Carousel
posts in a week and Stories daily

Twitter - We will post the same content as we post on Faceebook

Youtube - we will post 3 Shorts Videos in a week and 5 Longs videos more then 5 mins in a
month.

3.Community Management:
Engagement: We will respond to comments and messages.

4. Advertising (If Applicable):


Budget: It Depends on the client
Target Audience: We will target the audience as per the clients needs
Ad Types: image ads, video ads, carousel ads, lead ads.

5. Analytics and Reporting:


Key Metrics: Reach, impressions, engagement and website clicks.
Reporting Frequency: Weekly, Monthly

Project Timeline:
Phase 1: Strategy Development in 4-5 days
Phase 2: Content Creation ongoing
Phase 3: Campaign Launch and Management ongoing
We will be run paid ads campaigns whenever the requirement arises.

Content calendar
Social media posts
Advertising campaigns (if applicable)
Regular performance reports
Assumptions:
Client will provide timely feedback and approvals.
Client will provide access to necessary social media accounts.
Client will provide brand assets (logos, imagery, guidelines).
