Term & Conditions:-
1. Payment to be given by Pay Order/ Demand Draft, payable at New Delhi, favouring " JAYANTI MOTORS PVT LTD Bank Details - STATE BANK OF INDIA. A/C NO-39190375552. IFSCODE.-SBIN0001276
2. Price & statutory levies prevailing at the time of Delivery are applicable irrespective of intial payment/booking date.
3. No receipt is vaild unless obtained on the official receipt.
4. The vehicle shall be delivered only on clearance of Demand Draft / Pay Order/ Cheque.
5. The registration of the vehicle and issue of registration certificate is at the sole discretion of the Regional Transport Authority.
6. The delivery will be made on first come first serve basis, modelwise & colourwise.
7. Registration certificate copy will be given after Full & Final Payment against vehicle.
8 . ** Extended Warranty as optional**. Extended Warranty is for 4th and 5th year & Unlimited Km, if purchased within 90 days of invoice of the vehicle.
9. TCS @ 1% will be charged on Ex-Showroom Prices above 10 lacs
10. Statutory charges include-MCD charges Rs 4000 +Hypothecation charges-Rs 1500+ Registration charges-Rs 600+Smart Card-Rs 200.
11. Pan no. is requried for TCS Certificate. 25% additional charges in case of company registration for delhi.
12. My Convenience Plus consists of Luxury package 5 years and includes EW 4th & 5th Year /120,000 KM
