REMINDERS TO SPEAKERS

I. LECTURE PRESENTATION

 Have your presentation ready in PowerPoint format (either/or 2010, 2013, 2016) and
bring your back-up data on USB flash drive with you.
 Bring own laptop computer (Mac or Non-Mac) and charger to run your presentation.
 If using a Macintosh laptop, please bring a VGA adapter for compatibility purposes.
 Arrive at the venue one (1) hour before the start of your lecture to do a dry run of your
slide presentation.

II. TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

 LCD projector, screen, wireless microphones, and clicker will be provided in the
Academy room.
 Wall mounted glass board with markers are available for use.
 If you have other requirements, please get in touch with Doris D. Caparos, DTI Academy
focal person for Trade and Investment program, at 0915-413-5680.

III. PARTICIPANTS’ MATERIALS/HANDOUTS

 Provide enough copies of handouts/materials (printed or in flash drives) to:

1. Participants – 19 copies/flash drives
2. Project Management Team – 1 copy/flash drive

IV. WI-FI CONNECTION

 There will be internet connection in the Academy room. Username and password
will be provided to you.

V. DTI ACADEMY LOCATION

 DTI Academy’s address is 2/F, HPGV Building, 375 Sen. Gil Puya Avenue, Makati City.
 Entrance is at the backdoor of the building, Jupiter Street, across Razon’s of Guagua;
please see next page, showing a street map of the DTI Academy.
 Session will be conducted at SIBOL ROOM.

VI. PARKING RESERVATION

 Parking Area will be at CEO Flats, 27 Canopus corner Jupiter Street, Bel-Air Village,
Makati, near DTI Academy by 240 meters (3-minute walk); please see map on the next
page.
 Provide us your car’s plate number in advance for reservation purposes.
