MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH :

1. That I filed a Special Leave Petition before this Hon'ble Court

through Shri Advocate on record and I have paid the full
fee to the Advocate alongwith cost for printing and other
miscellaneous costs and nothing is due by me.

2. That I have no longer faith in him, so I want to engage another

Advocate, Shri Advocate – On – Record (to conduct the case
in person) and so,for that purpose, I requested the erstwhile
 Advocate to give ‘No objection Certificate’ but he refused to do so for
the reasons best known to him.

PRAYER

In the premises set forth above, it is therefore, most

respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be
pleased to :

(i) DISCHARGE Shri Advocate-on-Record from

conducting my Special Leave Petiton; and

(ii) PASS such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court

may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances
of the present case;

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONER

SHALL EVER PRAY AS DUTY-BOUND

solemnly affirm and state as under :

1. That I am the petitioner in the Special Leave Petition and well

acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the present
case and in that capacity, competent to swear the present
affidavit in support of the accompanying I.A. for discharging of
advocate.

2. That the contents of the accompanying I.A. has been prepared

under my instructions as well as read over and explained to me
in Hindi and I say that the contents of the same are true and
correct to my knowledge. No part of it is false and nothing
material has been kept concealed therefrom.
