Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!

The Red Cross Youth (RCY) is one of the six major services of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC).

Its mission is to educate and empower the children and the youth in the spirit of the Red Cross through

constructive training and effective leadership and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their

energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities.

Aligned with this, the BPSU-College Red Cross Youth Council would like to request your good

office's permission to carry out a training session titled “Standard First Aid Training (SFAT) and Basic

Life Support Training (BLS) - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Automated External

Defibrillator (AED)” on December 9th and 10th, spanning from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm within the premises

of the College of Allied Health Sciences and its vicinity. We kindly request your office's permission to

borrow a minimum of two rooms and a projector for the lecture sessions. This will greatly assist us in

ensuring a conducive learning environment for all participants. The General Objective of this training is

for all students to be an upstander in emergency situations, and also show them how to conduct proper

CPR and the correct use of AEDs. Thank you for your thoughtful and sincere consideration.
