Respected Director General Of Culture, Regarding the letter addressed to the Director General Of Culture
regarding The Arka Kinari 2024 Voyage, the Directorate General Of Culture, the Ministry of Edication,
Culture, Research and Technology Of the Republic of Indonesia wholeheartedly support this positive
initiative. This Activity is expected to provide understanding of the mission carried out by The Arka Kinari
Vessel at the visited navigation points.

Arka Kinari is cultural mission adds to the maritime heritage and serves as a cultural bridge between various
point with historical awerness. This mission is carried out while also contributing to the preservation of
nature, Mountains and seas, for a sustainable future. The Arka Kinari ship is a classic vessel measuring18
Meters, Equipped with two screens featureing solar panels, this allows the ship to sail using wind power,
making the journey of Arka Kinari carbon-free. The voyage of this ship is a campaign for climate crisis and
marine sustainability, as well as a cross-cultural transaction project, where the ship’s team will regulary
conduct art performance and collaborate with the local residents of the places it visits.

For this reason, we consider the efforts made by Lintas Batas Foundation very positive and beneficial for
the community. We recommend that such activities be supported by various parties.
