A PRE CHECKS

1 Get the external plaster sample approved from QDA.

2 Window marble sills are completed.

3 RCC surface preparation & unwanted materials removed.

4 Opening around plumbing pipes filled properly.

5 Plumbing opening.

6 Masonry wall and beam junction filled with non-shrink

grout.
7 Chicken wire mesh is fixed at joint between RCC and
masonry walls.
8 Level pads marking done and checked for uniformity.

B DURING EXECUTION CHECKS

9 Bonding agent applied over RCC surface.

10 Cement sand mortar mixed as per mortar specification

(1:4) / Ready mix plaster mortar as per manufacturer
recommendation.
11 1st coat of 12mm thick plaster applied and cured for 3
days.
12 2nd coat of 8mm thick plaster applied and surface is
roughed for texture coating and cured for 14 days.

13 Corner edged are sharp, line and right angle.

14 Chajja top level and wall junction for water proofing and
proper slope maintained.
C POST CHECKS

15 Check for surface defect if any.
