1 RCC surface preparation & adequate hacking/ Bondit

applied.
2 Electrical work completed (conduit and concealed work)

3 Chicken mesh is fixed on RCC & masonry joint.

4 Mark the area where chat coat is required & chaat coat
applied & cured.
5 Door frames line, level and plumb should be checked.

6 Level pad strips marked over the surface.

B DURING EXECUTION CHECKS

8 Bonding is applied over the RCC surface.

9 Mix the gypsum with water of required consistency.

10 Gypsum applied over the surface within the stipulated

time of mixing. (Before the material sets)
11 Ensure that plaster surface is absolutely smooth in line,
level and plumb.

12 Gypsum plaster cut 9” from the floor slab level

horizontally.
C POST CHECKS

13 . Cleaning of floor surface done.
