1 Manufacturer’s test certificate/installation guide
available.
2 Architectural/plumbing drawing available on site.
3 Proper lighting arrangement ensured in dark areas.
4 Toilet walls marked with tile fixing positions.
5 Toilet floor is marked with positions of EWC, bath tub
and other WC fittings.
6 Tile thiyyas are taken as specified to decide finished
tile level.
7 Positions of flush tank marked on walls.
8 Drainage outlet holes marked on walls.
9 All the trap positions marked.
10 Ledge wall masonry work done as per specified.
B DURING PLUMBING WORK
11 CPVC pipes were visually inspected for cracks.

12 CPVC pipes are cut and installed as specified.

13 Solvent cement used for jointing CPVC pipes as
specified.
14 Pipe inserted in fitting by rotating ¼ to ½ turn for even
distribution of solvent cement.
15 Plastic clamps from the same manufacturer used at
approx. 900mm c/c.
C POST PLUMBING WORK
16 Pressure testing carried out as specified (8-10kg/sq.cm
or 1 ½ times the design pressure)
17 Leakages, if any are corrected after pressure test.
18 Filling of chases done using non-shrink grout and
cured for 4 days.
