Sub: Request to permit cadets or NCC training 2days every week - reg,
We have about 43 NCC cadets who are the first-year students in MIBBS, BDS and
BPham There has been continuous training, scheduled two days per weck tillthe cnd of May
month in batches, from 3.30pm to Spm on all Monday & Tuesdays for MBBS & BPharm
hatch students and on all Thursdays & Fridays for BDS batch students. Hence, I request you to
kindly permit them to leave from their respective theory or practical classes on these scheduled
dates at 3pm and please give thcm on duty for the samne. Also, I request your permission to
pernit me intimate/iorward this to the respective dpartments, Principal of Dental and
"harmacy college. t siall provide their at' :ndance as kept in record. Kindly do the eedful.
