NOTICE

REG: PROMOTION FROM CLERICAL CADRE TO OFFICER CADRE IN JMG SCALE - I

UNDER SELECTIVITY CHANNEL 2024 – RELIEVING AND REPORTING

We have displayed the Circle allocation of candidates who were approved for promotion from
Clerical Cadre to Officer Cadre in JMG Scale-I under Selectivity Channel on HRMS Notice
Board on 01.06.2024.

We now request all Controlling Offices to proceed as under:

1. The approved candidates are to be issued offer of promotion on the prescribed

proforma attached herewith.

2. The candidates should be advised to submit unconditional acceptance by 05.06.2024

and the acceptance / refusal should be marked in HRMS immediately. In case no
acceptance is submitted by any candidate by 05.06.2024, his/her refusal should be
recorded in HRMS by 06.06.2024 along with checking the box as “Non submission
of unconditional acceptance”. In case of refusal / non submission of
unconditional acceptance within the stipulated time the candidate will be
debarred from promotion as Officer in JMG Scale-I for a period of one year in
terms of provisions of Settlement, last circulated vide HRMD Circ. No 494 dated
26.03.2020. The debar status should be marked in HRMS simultaneously.

3. The candidates who submit unconditional acceptance to the offer of promotion within
the stipulated time should be relieved well in time to enable them to join their new
place of posting on 10.06.2024 without availing joining time.

4. While issuing promotion letters, it should be ensured that none of the employee is
under suspension or disciplinary action is pending against him/her. The details of such
candidates if any, should be informed to us by 06.06.2024.
