I am particularly drawn to your focus on façade design and custom residential projects, areas where I believe my
skills and experience can make a significant contribution.
My passion for construction and design began during my undergraduate studies in Architecture at
Savitribai Phule Pune University, where I graduated with a 3.78 GPA. This foundation was further strengthened
during my current pursuit of a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management at the Illinois
Institute of Technology. Here, I have deepened my knowledge in cost estimating, project budgeting, lean
construction, and legal issues in civil engineering. My academic journey has equipped me with a robust technical
skill set, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software, which are crucial for the BIM
Project Coordinator role.
One of my most rewarding experiences was my internship at Archetype Architects and Interiors in Pune,
where I collaborated on diverse projects, from residential to corporate, ensuring design accuracy and construction
quality. I coordinated with senior architects to design project concepts, create sketches and renders, perform
quantity calculations, and produce final working drawings. This role allowed me to develop comprehensive
proposals, coordinate with consultants, and address construction deficiencies, honing my project management
and technical drawing skills.
