COASTAL CLEAN-UP DRIVE. This assembly/ activity will take place in
BARANGAY RAWIS AT 6:30 AM. (Meet up at Calbayog City National High
School)

I have considered the benefits that my son/daughter will derive from

his/her participation in this activity provided that due care and
precaution will be observed to ensure the comfort and safety of my child.
Provided that the club president may take responsibility in informing us
for any untoward eventualities that may occur during the activity.
