 SCOPE OF WORK

The undersigned surveyor from FLOTS MARINE did, at the request of M/S
QUEENS CARGO PACKAGING LLC, attended at GENERAL TRADING LLC YARD, JEBEL
ALI INDUSTRIAL AREA ,DUBAI-UAE on 27th JULY 2023, for the purpose of carrying out
the cargo Condition survey, Surveyor inspected only accessible areas of the
container in loaded condition.

This survey only provides the cargo details at the time of inspection. This report
provides no guarantee or warranty of any of the inspected items.

At the time of Survey, the cargo were inspected at GENERAL TRADING LLC YARD,
JEBEL ALI INDUSTRIAL AREA ,DUBAI-UAE. Our observations were noted below.

 Cargoes were stored in closed storage yard.

 All cargoes were loaded in 4 different container, it is reported that cargoes
were loaded as per packing list.
 Surveyor inspected only the accessible area of the container in loaded
condition.
 All cargoes were not visible for inspection.
 No damages were found at the time of inspection in accessible area
