OTHER OBSERVATIONS :

- Site were found satisfactory. Minor comments such as housekeeping & materials arrangement need
to implement & maintained.

- Need to provide first aid kit based on FMA 1967 Regulation 38 (2) (1) Fourth Schedule.
- Box A (1-10 workers) / Box B ( 11-50 workers) / Box C (>50 workers)

- Need to display company policy.

- Need to provide domestic waste bin (OSHA 1994 Section 15(1))
