Fitness testing Assessment Task

This is a homework task to be completed individually.


Students are to create a powerpoint presentation with a 3-4-minute voice-over video blog on fitness testing addressing the tasks below. Your
video should be uploaded to Class Notebook in the ‘Fitness testing assessment’ tab.

The presentation should include:


A powerpoint presentation showing clearly your own fitness testing data.
Your voice speaking (voice over)
Information clearly and professionally presented in your own words using fitness terminology
Evidence of you completing the fitness testing (either video or photos)

Questions to be answered:
1. An overview of the components of fitness and tests that you completed. Including purpose, method and why fitness testing is
important (1 min)
2. Evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses (1 min)
3. Identification of physical activities you would be best suited to, judged on test results (1 min)
4. Description of an appropriate training method to improve areas of fitness (1 min)
