unforgettable memories of my Miss Foundation pageant experience. My heart goes out to the Vice-Principal and Teachers of the Intermediate Level for believing in me since DAY 1 that I will be a good representative of our grade level. A big Shoutout to my classmates and friends who have cheered me on and patiently watched my journey throughout the program. Special thanks to the DVMI family and other members of the MES community who also served as an inspiration for me to win the pageant.
And loving thanks to my family who have been very
encouraging in everything that I do. Win or lose, I knew I have their full support but deep down in my heart, I wanted to make them proud. You have been my inspiration and driving force to excel for always. You are my greatest blessing!
Looking back, I can’t help but recall that most
awaited moment. Amidst the tall, sophisticated candidates of Junior and Senior High School, the cute and adorable younger participants, where, I nervously faced everyone and aimed high to make a difference! Ladies and gentlemen, guests and fellow students, I encourage you to continuously practice our Founder’s and Foundress’ mottos: TEACH WITH YOUR LIFE and LET THE POOR BE YOUR FAVORITE.
And to my successor, today marks the beginning of
endless opportunities. Winning the title paved the way for me to be easily recognized and eventually helped me to win the MESCO elections early this school year as Vice President. Know that it’s not the CROWN that makes you a QUEEN but the heart that lies within. Love yourself, love your neighbors and love GOD above all else. This is what makes a true Queen! With faith, humility and hard work, anything is possible. I have served my purpose, and that purpose is to have courage and inspire young people to BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE AND MAKE USE OF GOD’S GIFTS FOR HIS GREATER GLORY!
