Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Md. Firoj Ali
S/o–Md. Sayeed R/o – Kulipara , Azad Nagar, P.o – Sahibganj , P.o –
Sahibganj (T) Dist – Sahibganj (Jharkhand) , do hereby serve on you
this legal notice which is as follows :-
1. That you have issued a cheque bearing no. – 230528 dated
30.04.2024 for Rs:- 1,41,000/- (One lakh fourty one
thousand) and cheque no.–230529 date 30.04.2024 for Rs:-
3,00,000/- (Three lakhs) only of Punjab National Bank ,
Sahibganj as a payment of debt amount in favour of my
client.
2. That my client presented the said cheques in Allahabad
Bank , Sahibganj, Branch in his account no. – 7769488210,
for in cash the same which was returned to my client with
return memo informing about the reason that “Funds
insufficient”.
3. That you have intentionally issued cheques knowing well
about the facts that in your account there is no sufficient
balance, after that for harassing & cheating to my client you
have issued cheque as payment.

You are therefore requested to make payment of Rs:-

4,41,000/- (Four lakhs fourty one thousand) only in cash or
draft to my client within a forth night from the receiving of
this notice failing which I have positive instructions to make
a complaint against you in the competent court of
jurisdictions for realizations of the said amount along with
other sum which is permissible under law. You shall be
liable for the costs incidental thereto.

Please note that a copy of this notice has been kept in my

office for further use if any.
