International Business and Entrepreneurship at Jyväskylä University. My academic background,
professional experience, and personal commitment align perfectly with the program's objectives,
making it the ideal platform for me to further my education and achieve my long-term career
goals.

I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with an honors option in marketing at the

University of Rwanda, graduating with distinction: second-class honors, upper division, and an
overall percentage of 80.17%. This academic journey equipped me with a robust foundation in
business, especially in marketing, setting the stage for my current role as a marketing assistant
and former marketing team leader at AeTrade Group since February 2023.

AeTrade Group's mission to empower African SMEs, youth, and women entrepreneurs resonates
deeply with me. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and procedures, along
with leading the marketing team, has provided me with hands-on experience in crafting and
implementing effective business solutions. This practical exposure has heightened my
understanding of the dynamic landscape of international business, sparking my desire to delve
deeper into this field through advanced studies.

My participation in the international SDG virtual exchange course, co-organized by the

University of Rwanda and IUPUI in the US, was a transformative experience. Collaborating with
students from the US and India, I created a comprehensive project addressing climate action,
showcasing the intersectionality of marketing and neuroscience in achieving sustainable
development goals. This experience highlighted the interconnectedness of global business
challenges and solidified my passion for creating innovative solutions through collaboration and
diverse perspectives.

What captivates me about the International Business and Entrepreneurship program at Jyväskylä
University is its emphasis on fostering business leaders with a global, entrepreneurial and
strategic mindset. I am particularly drawn to the curriculum's practical orientation, which offers
real-world insights into international business practices, entrepreneurship, and sustainable
development. Upon completion of the program, I aspire to become an expert in business
management with a focus on sustainable practices. I aim to leverage the knowledge and skills
gained from this program to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of
businesses in the international arena, particularly in empowering African entrepreneurs.

To sum up, the Master's Program in International Business and Entrepreneurship at Jyväskylä
University is the natural progression for me to achieve my goals. I am confident that my
academic background, professional experiences, and unwavering commitment make me an ideal
