Terms & Conditions for bKash to Bank through Debit

Card

1. Customer is required to insert the Debit Card number correctly in the bKash App while
transferring money from his/her bKash Account to Debit Card(s) (“bKash to Bank through
Debit Card”). bKash Limited (“bKash”) will not be liable if money is not transferred or
transferred to an unintended Card due to incorrect information.
2. Customer shall enter his/her bKash PIN to confirm bKash to Bank through Debit Card.
He/she shall ensure that his/her bKash PIN is not shared with anyone else.

3. Once a bKash to Bank through Debit Card is completed, it cannot be reversed by bKash.
Therefore, the customer should ensure that the correct Debit Card number is entered while
conducting bKash to Bank through Debit Card.

4. bKash will not be liable for any bKash to Bank rejected by the system for the mistake/non-
compliance of rules by the customer.

5. bKash will not be liable for any delay by the concern Bank or Card Association(s) (i.e.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.) to credit customer’s selected Debit Card.

6. In case of bKash to Bank through Visa Debit Card the transferred amount will be credited
to customer’s Visa Debit Card within 30 Minutes of successful transfer if the intended Visa
Debit Card is Fast Fund enabled. If the Card is not Fast Fund enabled, the transferred
amount will be credited to customer’s Visa Debit Card within 3 working days of successful
transfer.

7. In case of pending bKash to Bank through Debit Card and any other queries, customers are
requested to contact the Customer Service of bKash by calling 16247 or by visiting
livechat.bkash.com or by sending e-mail to support@bkash.com.

8. bKash reserves the right to add, remove and modify the terms and conditions for bKash to
Bank Service at any time as bKash deems necessary without giving any prior notice to the
customer.
