growing up?

Amina: Oh, in my village in Kenya, we didn't have many formal

sports, but I ran races with my friends through the maize fields.
How about you, Kwame?

Kwame: Back in Ghana, every evening after school, I played

football with a rag ball we made ourselves. We used to imagine
we were playing in a big stadium.

Amina: I can picture that! We also had our imaginations

running wild. After the races, we sat under the baobab tree, and
I told stories I learned from my grandmother.

Kwame: That sounds wonderful, Amina. Storytelling is such a

rich part of our culture. Do you still tell stories?
Dialogue(2):

Amina: I do! Now, I write them down and share them

with children in my community. And football, do you still
play?

Kwame: Not as much as I'd like, but I teach the local kids
some moves on weekends. It brings back so many
memories.

Amina: It's lovely how our childhood hobbies have shaped

us, isn't it?
Kwame: Truly, it's the joy of simpler times that stays with
us.
