> In this past year I have worked in multiple projects like Duke Medical and Sweet Pea Smiles. Currently I’m
working in VOB and Authorization and prior to that I have also worked in Sales Order creation. While working on
those projects I have gathered valuable information about medical billing and RCM cycle.
In terms of Medical Billing software I have learnt and used Brightree and Fuse along with that I also trained in
various insurance portals like Availity , UHC to name a few.

2. What changes would the employee like to see in the operation next year?

> I believe there isn’t much changes are needed in operations however if user’s are getting certificate after
complete their respective training module that could be very helpful in the long run.

3. What are the employee's development goals for the next year?

> So far I have gained knowledge about VOB, Authorization and sales order creation while working in this
wonderful organization, in coming days I want to learn other parts of RCM cycle like claim submission, Denial
Management, Payment Posting and also I would like to improve my MS Excel skills in order to be in a Management
Position so I can help the organization to grow further.
