Purpose Of Visit
The joint site visit aims is to inspect, scope and propose appropriate remedial measures for the
leakage of W43s flow line when contracted.

Findings/Observations
1. 2nos points along a section of W43s flow line has a visible leak.
2. The leak is due to corrosion attack.
3. ICs connection was also seen at some point on the W43s line.

Recommendations
We recommend that the followings should be considered;
1. The leak sections should be replaced.
2. New materials should be use for installation after replacement before hook-up.

 Depressurization and isolation
 Unbolting and bolting of flush header.
 Flushing of line pipe.
 Cutting, grinding and welding.

 Sleeving of welded joints.
 Lowering and backfilling of trench
 House-keeping and demobilization.
