Dear Members of the Bethalto School Board and Administration,

It has been a privilege to serve the Bethalto school district, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to its many successes. During my tenure, we
have achieved remarkable milestones, from navigating the challenges of COVID-19 to enhancing our athletic facilities, which are now truly amazing. The financial
improvements and the approval of new BEA and BESPA contracts are achievements that I am particularly proud of.

However, after considerable reflection, I have decided to resign from my position on the school board. The evolving dynamics within the board and the district are
no longer aligned with the values and priorities that motivated me to join in the first place. My decision stems from a desire to focus more on my family and my
business, which are my primary responsibilities.

I joined the board with a vision to strengthen the district's financial, academic, and athletic standing, particularly for the benefit of my daughters and of course, all
students. It was not my intention to navigate the extent of drama and politics that have come to characterize our proceedings.

I am confident that the board will continue to guide the district towards a prosperous future. I am thankful for the support and collaboration of each board member
throughout my time with you.
