Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will support our Lisbon Offices. You will be
responsible for the HR operative and administrative tasks and you will contribute to making the
company a better place to work. You will be familiar and experienced in local employment
conditions. You will be reporting to the SkillOnNet group Head of HR.

Your Responsibility:
• Cooperate with the SkillOnNet Group HR team.
• Overseeing the onboarding of new employees
• Be actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and
managing the hiring process
• Implementing programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a work-
place
• Handling complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company
• Handling attendance reports and leaves management
• Assisting with the payroll administration of the assigned office
• Managing employee contracts
• Assisting head of department with employee performance appraisals annually
• Handling offboarding process based on country labor law

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors and MSc degree in HR or related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of local labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
