AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

I, PERLA J. LANCASTER, American citizen, of legal age and a resident of

_________________________________, having sworn to in accordance with the law, do
hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I am one of the heirs of the late spouses _________________________________;

2. I am one of the co-owners of a parcel of a private residential land identified as

_______________________________________________, situated in Jazul Road, Brgy.
F. Magallanes, Masbate City consisting of ______ sqm and titled under Transfer
Certificate Title No. T-_____ of the Registry of Dees of Masbate (the “Property”).
A copy of said Certificate of Title is herewith attached as Annex A and more
particularly described below:

3. I do hereby waive whatever rights I have over the above mentioned real estate
property in favour of my sister, LYDIA T. JAZUL, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
married to ___________________, and a resident of No. 502, Brgy. F. Magallanes,
Masbate City.
