Introduction

The Present Perfect Continous Tense indicates an action which was started some time

in the past and continues to the present. In English it is formed by using «have been» with

a present participle, that is a nonfinite verb form that indicates an ongoing action or state

and which can function as an adjective. Present participles of English verbs are always

formed with the suffix «-ing».

In this activity I am going to use the present perfect continuous to talk about the things I

have been doing in the last year.
