Description of complaint: Tucson, AZ 85701
I made a purchase on this site in the amount of
$710.34 on May 15, 2024. The order confirmation
(520) 888-5353
email that I received informed me that my package
would arrive in about a week. The following day I
received a tracking number
(9361289717531126546064). USPS states to have
delivered the package on May 19 at 12:49 pm “to an

individual in Prescott, AZ 86301”. It was supposed to
have been shipped to Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.
When I got home, there was no package whatsoever.
I tried contacting customer service at Abunda and
was told that the package was marked as delivered
and even though it was delivered to the wrong town,
I would need to file a missing package claim through
USPS and also a police report. I tried to file a claim
through USPS but because abunda didn’t include any
insurance with my postage, I wasn’t eligible to file a
claim. Then I went to the police station to file a report,
but considering the fact that the USPS tracking
information stated that my package was given to an
individual in a different town than where I lived and
where the package was supposed to have been
delivered to I had no way of proving that a crime had
taken place because nothing was delivered to my
house that anyone could steal. They told me to take it
up with the merchant because it was their
responsibility to make sure I was supposed to receive
the items I purchased. So I did just that, I emailed
several times back to Abunda and my last 3 emails
have been completely ignored by the company, even
after threatening to involve the BBB, I have not
gotten any help from them trying to locate my
package or issue me a refund. I’m hoping that
someone higher up is able to assist me with this. I
would like to order more items from them but if this is
how they do business, then I will gladly do business
elsewhere. Thank you
