LETTER OF REQUEST

Sir/Ma’am,

Mabuhay!

Bamasesamar National High School is aware that basic infrastructure and school amenities are essential for
providing our students with an effective and efficient instruction. Unfortunately, one of the buildings of the school
needs major repairs on ceiling, floors and roofs. Very timely that the Department of Public Works and Highways
are currently doing the repairs of the said building, However, some of the facilities that are included in the
program of works needs modifications.
I am writing to discuss some additional tasks that I believe are necessary to increase the functionality if each
classroom regarding the chalkboard, doors and windows. As such, I hereby formally request the following further
works:
A. Chalkboard improvements:
 Installation of a high-quality, durable board surface that us resistant to wear and tear. (Whyteboard)
 Provision of adequate framing and support to ensure stability and longevity.
B. Doors:
 Inspection and adjustment of existing doors to ensure proper functionality, including smooth opening
and closing
 Upgrading of door hardware (handle, locks, hinges) to enhance security and ease of use.
C. Windows:
 Replacement of damaged or malfunctioning windows to prevent air and water infiltration by
installation of a high-quality and durable windows (Sliding Windows)
These additional works are essential to meet the project requirements and deliver a finished product the meets or
exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders. I understand that implementing these changes may require additional
resources and coordination, but I am confident that the resulting improvements will be well worth the investment.
Thank you very much.
