REF: DEMAND LETTER FOR RECRUITMENT OF 29 (TWENTY NINE WORKERS


ONLY) MALE WORKERS FROM BANGLADESH FOR SERVICE SECTOR.

We hereby appoint and authorize your agency to recruit of Bangladeshi male (29) general
workers for employment to our company and to liaise with relevant authority in Bangladesh
concerning this recruitment.

OUR RECRUITMENTS TERM AND CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT AS FOLLOW

1. Number of workers : TWENTY NINE (29) only


2. Job Category : Services (Cleaning Workers)
3. Age : Between 18 to 45 years old
4. Contract Period : Three (03) years
5. Salary : Daily Per 8 hours.
: Per month 26 days : RM1,500.00
: Over time 1.5 x 26 days : RM 843.96
: Other Allowance : RM nil
: Attendance Allowance : RM nil
: Food Allowance : RM nil
: Transport Allowance : RM nil
: Shift Allowance : RM nil

Total Monthly Salary include over time 26 days : RM2,343.96

(NOTE: We shall endeavor to provide the overtime stipulated above, but in the event that
there is
insufficient overtime, we under take / Guarantee a minimum monthly salary of RM1,500
(Including Basic, overtime & Allowance)

6. Working Day :Monday to Saturday

7. Working Hours :8 hours Per day of 48 hours Per week


:Six working days Per weeks.

8. Over time :in according with Malaysia Labour law,


: On Normal day : Salary x 1.5
: On Sunday rest day: Salary x 2.0
: On Public holiday : Salary x 3.0

9. Workmen Compensation : In according with Malaysia labour law


: The foreign worker are covered by the Employment Injury
Scheme under the Employee’s Social Security Act 1969
(Act 4) Under the Social Security Organization and the Foreign
Workers Health Insurance Scheme (SPIKPA)

10. Accommodation : Provided by the employer but not excluded water and
Electricity charges. If workers don’t want to stay at the
provided accommodation they will bear the rental, water
and electricity bills their own expenses

11. Transportation: Provided by the Employer from accommodation to working place

12. Government Levy: To be paid by employer cannot deduct from workers salary

13. Annual Leave, Sick Leave and : a) In according Malaysia Labor law
Annual leaves of 8 days for the first 2 years
service for period of Service between 2 years to
five years the employee would qualify 12 days
of leave, and for the service of more then five
years the Employee qualify of 16 days of leave.

Sick leave (without hospitalization) 14 days of


each years service for service less then 2 years
and 18 days of service 2 years to five years and 22
days annually for Service exciding five years.

And in case of hospitalization the employee


qualifies for 60 days leaves in each calendar
years.

The employee shall be entitled to paid holidays in any


one year of service that must include the following 4
days,
1. The National day.
2. The birth day of yang di-Pertuan Agong.
3. The birth day of the ruler as the case maybe
and or the federal territory Days where the
employee in working in such area,
4. Workers day and another 7 more days.
a) Chines New years 2 days.
b) Hari Raya Puasa 2 days.
c) Hari Raya Haji 1 days.
d) Deepavali 1 days.
e) Christmas day 1 days.

14. Employer Provident Fund: As applicable by Malaysian law.

15. Air Ticket: Employer will bear air passage from Bangladesh Dhaka to Malaysia and also at
the
completion of their period of employment. Employer will provide direct
route economy airfare passage employee to return to his home country
from Kuala Lumpur.

16. Yearly Medical. : Yearly medical Examination will be arrange by Employer As required
by Immigration department of Malaysia. Medical cost Paid by
employer.

17. Restrictions: a) that the employee shall not marry with any Malaysian and shall not
participate in any Political activities of those connected with Union in
Political activities of those connected with Malaysia.

b) that the employee shall not change his emplacement during the contact
period and shall not carry do business with or written permission from the
Employer.

c) If the employee is found creating social problems and or engaged in illegal


subversive or criminal activities then he will be dismissed with immediate
effect and will be repatriated to Bangladesh on his expenses.

d) Any employee shall not organize participate or be involved in any kind of


industrial action during his term of employee.

18. Termination of Service: i) that the employee breaches of any of the restriction in
clause 17 above Or is convicted of any offence under any
of the laws of Malaysia.

ii) That if the employee work permit is withdrawn by the


Malaysia authorities for any reason whatever.

iii) if the employee is absent from work for more then 2


consecutive working days without a reasonable cause or
leave.

iv) That is the employee is discovered to be under aged on


first appointment entry.

v) That if a medical doctor certifies the employee


medically unfit for employment.

19. Death Claim: In the event of the employee’s death, the dead body send to Bangladesh
at the Employer expense.
