About Us

Faith Leads University (FLU) is an online faith based university with a collaborative and practical approach to
learning. Through all aspects of the student experience here at FLU, we aim to instill godly virtues in our

Partnership with University of San Diego


Our academic partnership with the University of San Diego (USD) offers the opportunity to earn graduate credits with the
University of San Diego (USD). It is important to note that participation in this program is entirely optional and not
mandatory. For more information about this opportunity, please visit the following link:

After successfully passing our exams, students can choose to earn between 1 to 8 credit units from USD based on the
number of credit units they opt to pay for.

Please note that there is a cost of $79 per credit unit, payable directly to USD. FLU does not receive any payment
regarding this transaction.

Please note that the transfer of credit units is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of the receiving university.

Potential Career Paths


1. Project Management: PMCA holders can pursue entry-level positions as Project Managers, where they oversee the
planning, execution, and completion of projects within organizations. They are responsible for coordinating resources,
managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring project objectives are met. With their foundational knowledge in
project management, PMCA holders can excel in roles such as Project Coordinators, Assistant Project Managers, or
Project Analysts.

1. Data Analysis: With their expertise in data analysis, PMCA holders can embark on careers as Data Analysts, where
they leverage quantitative and qualitative techniques to extract insights from data sets. Entry-level roles for PMCA
holders in data analysis may include Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Market Research Analysts, or Reporting
Analysts.

Validity
PMCA certification is valid for five years.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)


To maintain this credential and ensure that certified professionals stay current with best
practices and evolving industry standards, FLU requires PMCA holders to engage in CPD. CPD
activities can include attending seminars, workshops, webinars, completing online courses,
reading relevant publications, and participating in networking events

PMCA holders are required to earn and report a specified number of PDUs within a five-year
certification cycle. PMCA holders must renew their certification every five years by submitting
evidence of CPD and paying a renewal fee.

Adhere to Ethical Standards:


PMCA holders are expected to adhere biblical values and FLU values of Faith, Leadership,
Competence, Persistence, Integrity & Services. They must comply with FLU's Code of Ethics
and Conduct and fulfill their obligations to clients, employers, colleagues, and the public.

Admissions Requirement
• A secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of English language.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet is required.
Application Process

∙ Step 2- Wait for application review by the admissions board (average of two weeks);
∙ Step 3- Pay fees online.

Examination
● The course concludes with a final proctored examination. Please check the technology requirements here:

● The exam consists of 180 multiple-choice questions and has a duration of 3 hours. A minimum passing score of
70% is required to pass.
