INSTRUCTIONS

For: MIDTERM EXAMINATION

(PM)

1. The Midterm Examination is an Objective-Subjective Type Examination with NO required

minimum number of words per question.

2. The answers in the Midterm Examination will be submitted in the separate answer sheet
(with the attached sample) in the following format:
Paper Size : Letter Margin : 1 inch on all sides
Font : Arial Font Size : 12
Spacing : 1 1/2

3. It will be submitted digitally via email to this email address:

echauzb@gmail.com

and the “EMAIL SUBJECT“ format for quick identification is as follows:

Section Subject Lastname- Firstname
Example : FM 2-1 PM, CRUZ, ALBERTO (Midterm)

4. Duration of the examination is 2Hours and 30 Minutes upon release or the start “GO” signal
is given plus a 30 Minutes to send it to my designated Email, (for a Total of 3 Hours).
Corresponding deductions will be given to those who will submit “LATE” after the due time
(1point deduction per 10 minutes late).

5. The examination is an “INDIVIDUAL ENDEAVOR” and is an “ABSOLUTE HONESTY

WORK”, however, it is an “OPEN YOUR OWN BOOK and RESOURCES Exam. NO
COPYING from your classmate’s work is implemented.

6. The examination will be given during the Officially Schedule Class Day and Time, via our
Google Meeting Conferencing Class. It might also be posted simultaneously in the GC
(Group Chat) depending on the situation.

7. To ensure clarity of the Instructions, All students must attend first the Google Meet Video
Conferencing prior to the release and the taking of the midterm examination on their class
scheduled time and date,

8. This Exam Instructions and the sample Answer Sheet will be posted in ADVANCE at the GC
(Group Chat) for your reference.

9. This Midterm Examination is only applicable to “ONLINE STUDENT” subject to exceptional

circumstances.

10. Result of the Midterms will be announced in the Google Meeting or be posted in the GC
(Group Chat) before the scheduled Final Exams of the class.
