Dead Stars Symbolism

Dead stars is a story that is related to science. It’s about something, a feeling
that can’t be easily recognized. It’s about uncertainties on what you feel. It’s
about love, life and a dream. Alfredo is engaged with Esperanza but Alfredo
met another woman; Julia Salas, she was his dream. He thought that there’s
something between them but just like a dead star that is so far away from
him that it makes it more difficult to see its shine.

The story happened in the early 1900s at Don Julian’s and Judge Del Valle’s
house.

Dead stars is about Affair and Responsibility. Affair comes with the love of
Alfredo for Julia Salas even though he’s already engaged with Esperanza
and responsibility comes from the engagement of Alfredo and Esperanza.

The story is about a love, life and a dream. The moral lesson that we can get
from this story is that decisions is a critical aspect of our life. We should
always remember our responsibility and value what our hearts says and not
just to depend on symbols. Alfredo realizes that his relationship with Julia is
just like a dead star while his relationship with Esperanza is like a universe.
