Recognizing and Approving the Appointment of the Day Care Worker

WHEREAS, the presiding officer Punong Barangay TEOFILO I. DE GUZMAN informed

all members of the council present regarding empowerment of Sangguniang Barangay
to select and appoint Barangay Day Care Worker to promote early education of the
children.

WHEREFORE, acting on nomination by Sangguniang Barangay Member BRIGIDO B.

CARANTO SR. committee on education duly seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay
Member and all be it was…

RESOLVED, as it is hereby that the following person lied as hereby selected and
appointed to serve as Day Care Worker Mrs. CECILIA P. LAZARO.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that approved and certified copies of this resolution be posted
on location selected by the Sangguniang Barangay Members for the information and
guidance of the constituents of Barangay PARAYAO and the Barangay Day Care
Worker shall take oath assume of office immediately.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be transmitted to Hon. Pedro A.
Merrera III, Municipal Mayor of Binmaley, Pangasinan. Mdm. Erna E. Senin, MLGOO,
Mdm. Rose Ann Estrellas, DSWD for their information and guidance.
