1 ALUMINIUM PARTITIONS OF DIFFERENT HEIGHT :- Supplying
and erecting partly glazed partition of different height from floor with
12mm thick interior grade phenol formaldehyde bonded as per
IS3087 melamine faced both sides prelaminated particle board/
MDF board of approved shade and manufacturer and glazed
portion as per drawing & direction middle portion with 8 mm thick Sq 41.00
glass/grill in aluminium frame work consisting of rectangular section
of size approx.62.5x37.10x2mm ,glazing clip section no 4660 of
Jindal / Hindalco etc . Rate to allow for anodizing the aluminium
sections in natural plain colour as directed by the Engineer in
charge.
2 FULL HEIGHT DOORS :- Providing and fixing in position partly
glazed door shutter up to a ht. of 750 mm from floor with 12mm
thick interior grade phenol formaldehyde bonded as per IS3087
melamine faced both faces prelaminated particle board/ MDF board
of approved shade and manufacturer and glazed portion between
750 mm to 2100 mm from floor with 8 mm thick clear float glass/
aluminium grills in aluminium frame work consisting of rectangular
section of size 4.45x83.5x2.5mm at top , bottom rail, lock rail and at Sqm 3.20
style 4.45x83.5x2.5mm glazing clip section no 4660 of jindal etc.
Rate to allow for anodizing the aluminium sections in natural plain
colour complete with door lock and SS tubular door handle of
approved design ( 12 " size) with floor spring / hydraulic door
closure etc. complete as per our detailed drawing.( For training Hall
entrance)

3 Providing and fixing Wooden Glazed Door with 75X50 mm teak

wood frame(chaukat).The door shutter to be made with 125X40mm
teak wood side & top members along with 200X40mm teak wood
bottom member. The item includes fixing 8mm glass with films fixed
inside teak wood beading 14X12mm.The door should have all
Sqm 3.60
hardware fittings such as 125mm SS hinges,SS handles, SS tower
bolts. mortice locks(Dorma/Hettich/Godrej) etc.All wood surfaces to
be melamine polished complete to the satisfaction of
Architect/Bank's Engineer.

4 Providing and errecting temporary parttion with 12 mm thick MDF

board on both sides of wooden framework along with necessary
painting complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Sqm 5.00

5 ETCHING ON GLASS :- Making plain /design etching with good

quality film of natural frosting shade / other approved shade over
glass partitions at required places and as per direction of Engineer Sqm 11.00
in charge.

6 COLUMN AND WALL PANELLING :- Vertical panelling on existing

columns 12mm thick prelaminated board/MDF Board or 12 mm
thick commercial board / MDF board with 1 mm. thick laminate of
approved shade/pattern including timber beading, polishing along Sqm 24.00
edges as per drawings and specifications etc complete.( free
columns in training hall)

7 Minor dismantling works in wall for opening of window grill, brick-

masonry wall and accomodating the door in suitable gap as marked Ls 1.00
in the drawing.
8 Providing curtains of appropriate shade in 2 No.s of windows with
aluminium rods, hook and all necessary accesories Sqm 8.50
9 FALSE CEILING :Grid type :: Providing suspended ceiling at
approx. 2450 mm height from floor with 600x600 mm size Fine
Fisher Tiles Armstrong make or equivalent including aluminum
frame work and other fixtures as provided by the manufacturer as Sqm 15.00
per specification and as directed by Engineer In charge for class-
room/training hall.
10 Providing and fixing Gypsum Board False Ceiling with INDIA
GYPSUM ULTRA main ceiling sections at 1200 c/c and cross
members at 450 c/c of INDIAN GYPSUM. The grid work to be
suspended from ceiling with hangers at every 1200 c/c in both
directions. The Frame work to be as per manufacturer's
specifications. 12.5 mm thk. GYPBOARD to be screwerd to the
frame. The board to be finished with filling the tapered edges of the
board with jointing compound and finishing with paper tape of Sqm 16.00
INDIA GYPSUM. The ceiling to be finished with a top coat as per
manufacturer's specification along with provision of all necessary
cut outs for electrical / air conditioning grills and necessary frame
work including cove and curve designs etc. complete to the
satisfaction of Architect/ Bank's Engineer.

11 Repairs to wooden flooring in the existing training hall.

Replacement of 19 mm ply with BWR ply (3ftX2ft) of Century make
or equivalent along with necessary wooden framework and 1 mm sq.m 30.00
thick decorative laminate of matching size and shade wherever
applicable.
12 Shifting of tables, chairs and existing fixture at existing training hall
during renonvation works of the same and fixing them back in LS 1.00
original position.
13 Providing and fixing white board of size(5ftX6ft) along with
necessary clamps and supports. Sq.m 4.50

14 VINYL STICKER INDICATION BOARDS :Supply and fixing of vinyl

sticker indication boards of Bank's blue colour for training hall, toilet
Set 2.00
with symbols(Male, Female) etc. at required positions to give a
clear indication .
15 Repairs to existing chairs in the training hall-tightening of the nuts,
providing or replacing wooden writing desk in the participant's seat No.s 25.00
as the case may be.

16 Making of wooden dias of height 20 cm with necessary slopes as

mentioned in the attached drawing. It shall consist of 19mm thk.
Comm.block board top as per design (double edge on the front and
back with ) supported on 19mm thk. Comm. block board verticals,
suitable (as per design). The dias top should be finished with 1mm
thk laminate of approved shade & make as per design.An wooden Sqm 6.00
podium of height 4' and 2' wide to be made with 19mm
coomercia ply of standard size. The top of the podium should
be finished with 1mm laminate of approved shade and
make.NOTE:ACTUAL DESIGN MAY CHANGE AS PER THE SITE
