Minutes of Meeting

Date: October 13, 2023

Venue: Malabag National High School

The meeting started with a prayer led Ms, Josephine Vicente followed by the checking of
attendance by Ms. Alma L. Hernandez and opening remarks by Ms. Morena L. Mulitas, Subject
Coordinator. The following agenda were discussed:

1. Updates on the available Instructional Materials, textbook, module in Araling

Panlipunan per grade level.
Ms Charlene D. Vergara presented an updates on the numbers and
available modules, text books issued by the Division Office per Grade level. The
report showed that there are needed copy of modules in the said subject area. Ms,
Morena L. Mulitas suggested that the department will write a letter of request
addressed to the school head to provide the needed copy of modules and it was
seconded by Ms. Alma L. Hernandez
2. Discussion on the implementation of school policies and procedures
The following school policies and procedures concerning Araling
Panlipunan were discussed:
a. Submission of DLL every Monday
b. Accomplishment of Individual Learning Monitoring Plan (ILMP) and
Teachers Individual Monitoring Plan
c. KABAYANI Club Election
d. Araling Panlipunan Action Plan for the school year 2023-2024
3. Planning on disseminating and implementing school policies
The following are the suggested ways to disseminate and implement school
policies:
a. All the announcements, updates, and reminders on school policies will be
posted in a group chat (messanger) which is exclusive for AP teachers only.
b. Google drive will be provided for the teacher to upload their DLL/DLP.
c. Quarterly evaluation on the implementation of school policies for
improvement.
 The meeting was ended at 12:00 nn and was ended by a closing remark by Ms. Alma L.
Hernandez and a closing prayer by Ms. Charlene D. Vergara.
