EMPLOYEE REFERRAL POLICY


1. Objective
To state the procedures and guidelines for rewarding Associates of Kauvery Group of Hospitals who
helps identify and attract competent talent in order to meet our Human Resource requirements at an
optimum cost.

2. Eligibility:
All OHC on rolls & off rolls Associates are covered under the policy.
However, this policy doesn’t apply to Associates’ who working in Human Resource function,
OHC Operations and Assistant General Managers and above category across Kauvery Group of
Hospitals.

3. Procedure:
3.1. All referrals made by Kauvery Group of Hospitals Associates’ must come from their personal,
professional contacts/ Connections and not through any recruitment agency. Associates should take at
most responsibility in referring candidates who has no integrity or ethical issues.
3.2. Associates may refer individuals who fit the specifications given in job descriptions for vacant
positions which Human Resources posts from time to time at the prominent places, company intranet,
computer screen saver etc… referral positions will be explicitly mentioned in the post.
3.3. Application referred by an Associates should fill the “referral form” must go through
(system/manual form) then only the application will consider by the HR Department.
3.4. In case if the application is already available with “HR – Application data bank” then that
application not be consider and the same will be communicate to our associates at the earliest.
3.5. The Associates’ role will be limited to the submission of the application of the candidate, not in any
way be involved with any of the interview process and the stages.
3.6. Once the associates referred application joined with Kauvery group, then HR to intimate the
Associates on the same.
4. Employee Referral Incentive:
To encourage associate to refer, Kauvery will incentive for the successful referrals as per below terms:
On 3 months On completion

1 Band 4 Factory Medical Officer 5000 50% 50%
Staff
2 Band 5 Nurse/Pharmacist/Physiotherapist 3000 50% 50%

5. Referral Pay Conditions:


5.1 “Associate and referee” should be active resource during the course of referral cycle period (3 & 6
months)
5.2 Associate will not be eligible for the referral pay, if the referee under notice period.

6. Exceptions:
6.1 Any Exceptions to this policy need to be approved by Unit Head or MD
